Once you've completed your ECU tune with ECU Werks, you're eligible to join the ECU Werks Rider Rewards Program.

We believe the best recommendation comes from a rider who's experienced our product.

That's why we reward our customers for introducing other riders to ECU Werks.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Become an ECU Werks customer

Once your ECU Werks tune has been completed, you're eligible for the Rider Rewards Program.

2. Refer another rider

Tell a mate, riding buddy or fellow motorcycle enthusiast about your ECU Werks experience.

When they book, they simply tell us that you referred them and provide your name and mobile number.

3. We tune their ECU

When your referred rider becomes a new ECU Werks customer and completes an eligible paid ECU tune, your referral qualifies.

4. WE SEND YOU $50.00

We'll send your $50.00 referral reward directly to you via PayID.

No discount voucher.

No store credit.

There is currently no set limit on the number of qualifying referrals an ECU Werks customer can make.

WHY DOES ECU WERKS DO THIS?

Simple.

We'd rather reward the riders who genuinely recommend ECU Werks than spend that money on advertising trying to convince people who have never experienced our work.

If you love the difference we've made to your motorcycle, tell another rider.

If they choose ECU Werks, we'll reward you.

When your friend orders their tune, make sure they provide your name and mobile number as their referrer.

RIDER REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

  1. The ECU Werks Rider Rewards Program is available to existing ECU Werks customers who have completed an eligible paid ECU tuning service.
  2. A referral reward is currently $50.00 for each qualifying new customer referral.
  3. A qualifying referral occurs when a new customer identifies an existing ECU Werks customer as their referrer and subsequently pays for and completes an eligible ECU Werks tuning service.
  4. The referred customer must identify their referrer during the ordering or booking process. Referral claims made after completion may not be accepted.
  5. Referral rewards are paid to the referring customer via PayID after the referred customer's qualifying service has been completed.
  6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate PayID details. ECU Werks will not be responsible for payments sent to incorrectly supplied payment details.
  7. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals and referrals of existing ECU Werks customers do not qualify.
  8. Only one referring customer may receive a reward for each new customer.
  9. Cancelled or refunded services do not qualify for a referral reward.
  10. Referral rewards are separate from the purchase price of the referring customer's original ECU Werks service and do not constitute a discount or rebate on that purchase.
  11. Participation in the Rider Rewards Program is optional and is not a condition of purchasing an ECU Werks product or service.
  12. ECU Werks may change, suspend or withdraw the Rider Rewards Program or its reward amount prospectively. Any qualifying referral already completed before such a change will be honoured under the applicable program terms.
  13. ECU Werks may reject fraudulent, misleading, duplicated or otherwise abusive referral claims.
  14. Referral rewards may have taxation consequences for recipients depending on their individual circumstances. Participants are responsible for their own taxation obligations.
  15. The Rider Rewards Program is subject to applicable Australian law.
